Known for their fresh seafood, the cuisine of Hawaii is a fusion of flavors and rich traditions. Join Chef Dio as he prepares a flavorful and zesty spread that will transport you to the shores of Hawaii. The menu will feature: spicy sesame tuna poke; macadamia crusted opah; coconut shrimp with pineapple chutney; black cod with miso butter sauce, and an island fish sandwich with wasabi aioli.
