Global Flavors: Salads, Appetizers and Chutneys

Flavorful, filling, and full of good-for-you ingredients, these vegetarian dishes make skipping meat a no-brainer. Inspired by global flavors, this tantalizing collection of vegetarian salads, appetizers and chutneys will please any palate. Feast on a bean trio salad with mango and avocado; fresh tomato chutney with pita chips for dipping; potato-corn patties served with fresh mint chutney and a decadent dessert guaranteed to satisfy—carrot halwa!
