As more and more people discover they are wheat intolerant, the rise of gluten-free cooking has prompted traditional chefs to learn tips for cooking with alternative gluten-free ingredients. Join Marga as she makes one of her family’s favorite cool summer meals, and discusses the health benefits it offers for everyone. Our vegan, gluten-free menu includes: soba noodles in a dashi-tamari-ginger broth with tofu and broccoli, and gluten-free vegetable tempura topped with green onions. Vegan and gluten-free snacks will be served to complete the feast.
