Honey, What’s for Dinner?
Thursday, June 13 2013, 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Join us to celebrate honey in all its luxurious sweetness! In this class, we’ll enjoy a delicious tasting menu as we hear from special guests Trevor and Claire of Sola Bee to learn about what it takes to bring honey from the hive to our table. Our menu includes a cheese course, honey mustard-glazed baby back ribs; spinach salad with warm honey bacon dressing; honey and citrus-brined grilled chicken with spring vegetable slaw, and honey-infused ice cream.

Instructor: Dionisio Esperas with Sola Bee Farms Honey

This is a Demonstration-style class
