Sea vegetables are the ocean’s super foods, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants—prized in Asian cuisines since ancient times. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to be creative combining sea vegetables with Western and Asian ingredients so you can incorporate them into your everyday diet. We will create a variety of vegan dishes using nori, kombu, wakame, hijiki, arame and dulse.
