Back to Basics: Essential Skills and Recipes for the Aspiring Chef

Cooking is a skill that can open up a whole new world of techniques, flavors and discoveries! This series of classes will give you the basic building blocks for a well-rounded repertoire and inspire you to explore your own creativity in the kitchen.

In Essential Grilling Techniques, you’ll learn to grill steak, chicken, fish and more to perfection. Chef Dio will discuss charcoal vs. gas as he prepares a spice-rubbed skirt steak; citrus and herb-infused chicken breast; wild salmon with dill yogurt sauce, and grilled pineapple with caramel sauce.
