French cooking does not have to be fussy or complicated to be delicious! Join Jill as she shares her love and passion for French cooking with this simple yet elegant French menu making fresh seasonal ingredients shine: black olive tapenade; a fresh asparagus soup with Parmesan crisps; free-range organic chicken with forty cloves of garlic and herbed new potatoes, and Pain Perdu (sugar-crusted French toast) with lavender honey and roasted strawberries.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
