In our region, we are spoiled with fabulous fresh produce all year, but we still sometimes forget to let the vegetables shine. In this class, Chef Ame shares some delicious ways to make spring veggies the stars of your dinner table as she demonstrates how to make: English pea and Parmesan bacon crostini; artichoke fennel tart; shaved spring vegetable and herb salad with farmers cheese toast, and cauliflower-lentil bites with tomato coulis.
