These four staple ingredients are the building blocks for countless recipes and a great way to eat healthy on a budget. In this class, Shankari leads us in using these basic ingredients in a vegan menu with global inspiration. We’ll make a traditional biryani—a layered Indian rice dish flavored with lots of spices and vegetables; a zesty quinoa salad with lime-ginger dressing; a red kidney bean curry, and an African spinach stew with peanuts.
