Bacon and Beyond!

If you’re not on the bacon bandwagon, it’s time to get on! This class features new and classic favorites, featuring pork in a few of its many forms from Pure Country Pork and Keller Crafted Meats. We will make a tasty Cuban sandwich with ham, roast pork and pickled vegetables; bacon-wrapped scallops; Hawaiian kalua pork, and dried apricot-stuffed pork loin. Chef Dio will also demonstrate how to fry the perfect strip of bacon, and then transform it into bacon-maple-pecan ice cream.
