Perfect Steaks from around the Globe

Steak night gets an international flair in this class focusing on delicious sustainable grass-fed beef. Chef Dio discusses essential seasonings and how to use different cuts of meat to their best advantage as he prepares a ribeye with Argentinean chimichurri sauce; steak au poivre; bistecca alla Fiorentina, and Korean-style skirt steak.
