Whether you are a cancer patient or survivor, caring for a loved one who is, or if you just want to learn about the healing power of food, this class will inspire you to cook with a multitude of cancer-fighting foods. Terese prepares a delicious menu of emerald greens; curried quinoa salad with oranges and pistachios; wild salmon with mint pesto, and berry crumble for dessert. Dr. Maxine Barish-Wreden, Medical Director for Sutter's Center for Integrative Holistic Health, explains how cooking with health-enhancing foods will stimulate your palate and boost your immune system.
