Fresh Cheese Workshop: Ricotta Paneer, and Mascarpone
Tuesday, April 23 2013, 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Fresh cheese is simple to make and wonderful to have on hand for spring entertaining. Sacha shares special tricks of the trade in creating three fresh 30-minute cheeses: ricotta, paneer and mascarpone, all using different cheesemaking methods and principles. Then we’ll use them to whip up ricotta and spinach pastries, marinated paneer veggie burgers and decadent tiramisu.
