Wine can turn an ordinary dish into something extraordinary—whether it goes in your dish or alongside it in a glass—or both! We will enjoy salmon pâté made with Gewürztraminer; fresh asparagus with a white wine vinegar mustard sauce; beef filet with a black peppercorn Cabernet wine sauce and mustard crusted potatoes; and sabayon with sweet Marsala wine and fresh strawberries. This class will include a discussion of each wine pairing and how it complements the food course.
