Preserving the Citrus Harvest

The California citrus harvest is in full swing, and it is time to take advantage of the bounty. Janet shares her knowledge of preservation techniques as well as specific recipes for delicious citrus preserves and staples to keep in your pantry throughout the year. In this hands-on class, we’ll make candied kumquats, preserved lemons and chocolate-orange liqueur.
