The Art of Real Food: Discovering Underground Treasures

The authors of The Art of Real Food are back to dig a little deeper into the world of fabulous seasonal produce! This time, our menu includes a whole menu of dishes featuring glorious winter veggies from underground: sunchoke, leek and potato soup; root vegetables and flank steak stir fry; smashed rutabaga with love, and chocolate beet cake. We’ll also enjoy a glass of sparkling wine with a dash of spicy anise and ginger reduction.
