Many people are discovering the benefits of minimizing gluten in their diets, but baking gluten-free can seem a little daunting. Chef Ame sheds light on how to use gluten-free flours like millet, amaranth, buckwheat and brown rice flour in these tasty seasonal tarts that can be served for any occasion. We’ll make bacon and potato tart with poached egg, frisée and chive crème fraîche; carrot, fennel and caramelized onion tart with smoked salmon and fried capers, and chia pear and almond tart.
