It’s easy to eat well for a healthy heart when you discover the abundance of fruits and vegetables, grains and proteins that are both good for your heart and delicious! Learn to prepare these vegan, heart-healthy delights in your own kitchen: spinach salad with roasted beets, grapefruit and avocado; almond crusted tofu with fettuccini and raspberry-shallot cream sauce; haricot verts with citrus tarragon sauce, and chocolate pots de crème with coconut whipped crème. Then toast your good health with a glass of dry rosé.
