Embrace the Cajun motto, “live to eat” with this sizzling menu and your taste buds will surely be shouting “let the good times roll!” Celebrate Mardi Gras with Chef Dio as he prepares an authentic feast: crispy crab cakes; chicken and sausage jambalaya; seafood étouffée; southern braised greens, and Louisiana bread pudding with whiskey hard sauce.
