Although it originated in Indonesia, tempeh is now used worldwide in vegetarian cuisine, appreciated for its firm texture, earthy flavor, and amazing health benefits. Making your own tempeh at home is surprisingly easy. In this class, learn the the simple steps to creating this tasty, high quality protein food yourself. Eileen will demonstrate techniques for marinating and pan frying for us to taste, and she’ll discuss using different seasonings and seeds for a variety of flavors and textures.
