Essential Skills and Recipes for the Aspiring Home Chef
Cooking is a skill that can open up a whole new world of techniques, flavors and discoveries! This series of classes will give you the basic building blocks for a well-rounded repertoire, and you will gain the confidence to master the recipes you learn and be inspired to adapt them for seasonality, personal preference and to explore your own creativity.

A combination of cooking demonstrations by our two master chefs and opportunities for some hands-on practice will comprise each class. Classes may be taken individually, but if you take all six, you’ll receive a special gift along with your graduation certificate: a chance to further hone your skills with free admission to a future cooking class.

Menu:
Penne Pasta with Vodka Sauce
Herb Roasted Chicken with Pan Gravy
Pork Tenderloin Marsala
Seasonal Salad with Greek Vinaigrette

Instructor: Gigi Warshawsky

$45, $35 Co-op owners

Note: This class is a combination of hands-on and demonstration-style instruction
