Sit back and enjoy this cooking class and dinner with your sweetheart. We’ll begin with smoked salmon mousse on cucumber canapes to whet your appetite. Dio will then demonstrate his delicious Valentine’s day menu , as you sip wine and enjoy each course as he prepares them. Begin with creamy cauliflower soup with truffle oil; then savor pork tenderloin with cherry madeira sauce; saffron risotto, winter greens gratin and chocolate mousse with fresh berries for dessert.
