Healing Spices: Using the Spice Rack as a Medicine Chest
Wednesday, March 20 2013, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Many of us don’t realize that we have an herbal pharmacy in our spice racks—a natural, affordable, and convenient way to cure a variety of acute ailments. In this class we will learn how to use thyme, ginger, lemon, onions, rosemary, turmeric and parsley for conditions as diverse as colds and flus to bladder infections. There will be recipes, herbal tastings, and hands on experience so you can confidently use your spice rack to put you on the path to health.
