Sometimes a great tasting dish is all about the condiments. In this class, you’ll learn to make popular condiments from scratch and see why a little extra effort is well worth it. We’ll make mustard, ketchup, and sauerkraut, which we will sample on a delicious Prather Ranch beef hotdog. Janet will also show you how to make a lemon syrup that can be used to make lemonade and other drinks. You’ll take home what you make in class.
