Del Rio Botanicals in West Sacramento is a Certified Organic farm on the Sacramento River. Proprietor Suzanne Ashworth is an authority on seed saving and grows many unusual varieties.
Join us for the ride to West Sac and a tour of the farm. We'll enjoy a tasting of fresh goat cheese, farm fresh tomatoes and local wine. A bike helmet, sunscreen, a hat, and shoes for walking around the farm are recommended.
Meet at Edible Pedal Bike Shop, next to Old Soul on the alley between 17th and 18th and L and Capitol. You will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
Note: Meeting time is scheduled for 8:30 am - ride departs PROMPTLY at 9 am! Price is $20.00 per person.
