A chopped salad is just how it sounds—all the ingredients are chopped into bite-sized pieces. It is easy to eat with just a spoon or fork, making it the perfect lighter fare for summer entertaining. In this class, Gigi will share her recipes for Mexican chopped slaw with shrimp; BBQ chopped salad with chicken; Italian chopped salad with sweet vinaigrette, and chopped fruit salad with raspberry dressing.
