Feeding Crane Farms - Bike Ride, Farm Tour and Lunch
Sunday, July 22 2012, 9:00am - 1:00pm

Feeding Crane Farm is Sacramento's newest urban organic farm, located in Natomas. Join us for a leisurely bike ride to the farm, where we'll take a walk around and get to know the farm, the farmers and the crops that have begun to grace the tables of some of Sacramento's best restaurants.

The farm's chef will prepare a fresh lunch for us. Please bring plenty of water, a place setting (plastic is fine!), and napkin. Helmet, sunscreen, a hat, and shoes for walking around the farm are recommended. You may bring a beverage of your choice if you'd like.

The ride is about 15 miles, round trip.

Must register by Tuesday, July 17!

Meet at Edible Pedal Bike Shop, next to Old Soul on the alley between 17th and 18th and L and Capitol. You will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
