Summer is a time of incredible fresh produce, and a plant-based menu takes full advantage of this abundance. We’ll discuss the health benefits of a whole foods plant-based diet, but most of all, we’ll enjoy the pure pleasure of local, seasonal fruits and vegetables! Our menu includes strawberry and mint coolers; summer explosion salad with blackberries, corn and heirloom tomatoes; grilled ratatouille personal pizzas, and fresh peach cashew ice cream.
