Enjoy fresh and satisfying Mediterranean flavors and learn some new recipes for elegant yet simple summer suppers. We’ll start with a roasted cherry tomato bruschetta; followed by a light peach lettuce salad, and then a bubbling meaty lasagna filled with farm fresh zucchini and eggplant. For dessert, we’ll make a classic zabaglione with summer fruit.
