A summer staple in Mexican coastal towns, fish tacos are almost endlessly variable. By mixing up the fish, the toppings, and the salsa, these tacos will never get old! Dio will inspire you with recipes full of truly unique flavors. Our menu includes: Hawaiian mahi mahi with pineapple salsa; crispy Baja-style fish tacos with roasted tomato salsa; Asian-glazed black cod with cilantro slaw, and shrimp tacos with guacamole.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
