Summer Fruit Desserts: Cakes, Pies and Tarts

One of summer’s true highlights is the abundance of fresh fruit available from our local growers. Celebrate the bounty with fruitful desserts! Terese will share recipes and essential techniques for cakes, pies and tarts. Our menu includes fig custard tart; strawberry cupcakes with lemony cream cheese frosting; apricot tarte tatin; Key lime pie, and blueberry pound cake.
