The exotic and earthy flavors of Asian cuisine are a perfect complement to beef and pork ribs. Join Dio for a class where we’ll explore rib recipes from different regions of Asia and the South Pacific: Korean beef bulgogi; Thai-style baby back ribs with spicy peanut barbecue sauce; Chinese-style salt and pepper spare ribs, and Hawaiian kalua pork ribs with lilikoi barbecue sauce.
