Using organic, fresh sweet corn, Terese will prepare an array of mouthwatering recipes for salads, main dishes, and sides. Our menu includes seared diver scallops with fresh corn, bacon and oyster mushroom sauté; creamy grilled corn, roasted green chilies and queso fresco (a perfect barbecue side dish); corn, orzo, cherry tomato and zucchini salad, and a rustic polenta cake.
