Good Humus Produce has been providing Co-op shoppers with delicious, organic peaches for over 25 years. This class celebrates the peaches, the land, and the people who grow them. Watch Chef Dio prepare an array of dishes featuring this beloved stone fruit. He’ll make peach, prosciutto and burrata cheese salad; grilled pork chops with peach compote; yogurt cilantro Indian chicken with spicy peach chutney; peach and blueberry cobbler, and homemade peach ice cream
