Small plates are a great way to entertain and let your guests enjoy a variety of flavors and textures. Chef Ame shares a few of her favorite dishes, along with some restaurant secrets that you can incorporate into your own kitchen. We’ll make three-cheese pan-seared mini pizzettas with shaved fennel, herb and hazelnut salad; seared scallops with crispy polenta, radicchio and saffron butter, and crispy za’atar chicken tartine with lemon, avocado, frisée & spring onion.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
