Learn to make fresh pasta the old-fashioned way with Lucia’s traditional methods. You’ll mix, roll and cut fresh pasta dough into various shapes and stuff them with a variety of tasty fillings. We’ll make three cheese tortellini with prosciutto and peas; chicken stuffed mezzaluna with mushrooms, and eggplant ravioli with a tomato-basil cream sauce.
