In this class, Shankari will demonstrate delicious, plant-based dishes from around the globe. Our menu includes grilled mushrooms with a hint of garlic and parsley; green curry tofu and seasonal vegetables; vegetable kung pao; Moroccan couscous pilaf, and a banana coconut cashew cream tart.
