A Taste of New Mexico
Thursday, September 13 2012, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
The American Southwest boasts a unique cuisine from both American and Mexican food traditions, resulting in incredibly flavorful and delicious dishes. Enjoy a menu of the best of New Mexico: chiles rellenos; calabacitas (sautéed summer squash); pork adobada with red chile sauce; enchiladas with green chile sauce, and sopapillas (sweet fried pastry) for dessert.
