These delicious Italian-inspired dishes put fresh local produce at center stage. Our menu includes homemade basil buns; veggie patties made with artichoke, beans, olives and red peppers; fettuccine with lemon, mint and Parmesan, and a fresh harvest lasagna using raw, thinly sliced zucchini in place of lasagna noodles.
