Heating the oven is the last thing you want to do in the middle of the summer. In this class, Cris will demonstrate cool recipes featuring the season’s sweet, fresh berries—no oven required! She’ll make a no-bake strawberry cheesecake; raspberry tiramisu; mixed fruit salad with limoncello yogurt, and an old-fashioned berry fool.
