Local Chef Rick Mahan has always embraced cooking with seasonal, local and organic ingredients. In this class, you’ll get a chance to watch the acclaimed chef at work, crafting pizzas from start to finish. You’ll enjoy farm fresh ingredients amidst the fields they came from. We will use a hand built earthen pizza oven to create seasonal pizzas and focaccia and then feast!

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
