Join us for a day of cheese celebration at Full Belly Farm in Capay Valley. We’ll start with a milking demonstration; then you’ll learn about the art and science of cheese from artisan cheesemaker Sacha Laurin. Sacha will guide you in making your own cow- and goat-milk cheeses to take home and inspire you to find your inner cheesemaker!
Note: This is a hands on class.
A farm-fresh lunch, cheese and wine tasting are included.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
