According to Julia Child, a simple puff pastry is ideal for many recipes from appetizers to desserts — and it can be ready in half the time! Get hands-on experience making a quick version of puff pastry dough to transform into three different dishes: mini pastry turnovers filled with cheese; diced chicken in a cream sauce with spring vegetables topped with a puff pastry crust, and “peekaboo” fruit tarts filled with fruit jams.
