Dosas are to Indian cuisine as crepes are to French cuisine—paper-thin pancakes that can be wrapped around innumerable flavorful fillings. Join Shankari for a class where we’ll make spinach dosas with whole wheat and garbanzo flour; coconut dosa of short grain rice and freshly grated coconut; garbanzo flour dosa topped with finely chopped onions and carrots; a spicy shallot chutney, and a sweet dosa with jaggery and a dash of cardamom.
