Various regions around the globe celebrate holidays this time of year with unique traditions and cultural influences. Food plays a special role in the celebration for many. In this class, Chef Dio highlights holiday favorites of various cultures. He’ll demonstrate Jewish potato latkes; Mexican tamales; Southern hoppin’ John; Kwanza-inspired sweet potato pie, and luxuriously creamy homemade egg nog.

Schedule will be posted online and registration will begin in mid-December.
Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
