This menu celebrates the Three Sisters of the Native American harvest - beans, corn, and squash. These three foods are not only delicious and satisfying, they are also rich in nutrients — nourishing both people and the earth. We’ll make spinach, beet, and citrus salad with caramelized pecans and grapefruit vinaigrette; butternut squash and kale lasagna; green bean and wild mushroom sauté; whole grain cornbread, and apple, pear, and cranberry crisp.
