Kitchen Literacy: How We Lost Knowledge of Where Food Comes from and Why We Need to Get It Back takes the reader on a sensory-rich journey from 18th-century kitchens where cooks knew their cows, to anonymous supermarkets of today. Join author Ann Vileisis for a discussion of some of the exciting ways that Americans seek to know the stories of their foods once again.
