Move over Thanksgiving turkey; the stuffing takes center stage in this inspiring holiday class. We’ll make wild rice, dried cherry and almond stuffing with simple pan gravy; corn bread, sage, and bacon stuffing with bourbon gravy; roasted chestnut stuffing with mushroom gravy; oyster dressing; cranberry orange ciabatta dressing with Marsala gravy, and spinach and artichoke stuffing with caramelized onion gravy.
