Autumn is the time to warm the oven and indulge in these classic seasonal desserts perfect for a crowd. Pies and tarts also travel well since they can be baked ahead and served in the same dish. Learn how to make a French apple tart; luscious chocolate almond tart; quick and easy pumpkin pie; and apple clafouti — a traditional French country dessert.
