Emily will show you an elegant but easy menu that takes only 30 minutes to put together. It’s also deliciously light and healthy. The menu includes: tarragon and white bean cakes; heirloom confetti quinoa; grilled asparagus with lemon, thyme and garlic, and berries with fresh mint, ginger and low-fat whipped cashew cream.
